Measurement of Osteoporosis Using Quantitative Ultrasound Technique

The aim of study is to measure osteoporosis in the right foot at heel (calcaneus) by using quantitative ultrasound (QUS) technique. It was measured (SOS, BUA, BQI, T-score and Z-score). While usage DXA technique tissue thickness. Osteoporosis represents low bone mineral density (BMD). uses QUS measurements because it contains a high ratio trabecular bone. predominant diagnosis used for adults, men women over 50 years. From can be know BMD, according WHO classified (Normal, Osteopenia Osteoporosis). Age group 31-40 years both sex (-0.667) meaning (Normal bone). In age group, 51-60 (-1.60) (osteopenia). 71-80 females (-2.56) males (-3.30), means that have (osteoporosis). P-value
